CEREMONY FLOW and PROGRAM:
16:15-16:30 boarding the buses,
16:30-17:30 departure and arrival at Burdur MAKÜ Stadium,
17:30 Gathering at the South Front of MAKÜ İstiklal Stadium,
18:30 Entrance to the Stadium and Passing Ceremony,
19:30 Moment of Silence and National Anthem
19:35 MAKÜ Turkish Folk Music Ensemble Performance,
19:50 Execution of the Graduation Ceremony,
20:45 Graduation Concert (Dj Doğukan ALSAY)
22:45-23:00 students who stayed for the concert to board the vehicles they came with and return to Bucak at the end of the concert.
21:00-21:15 students who do not want to stay for the concert to board the buses for the return to Bucak,
21:15-22:00 arrival in Bucak
Note: Buses for those who want to stay for the concert at 20:45 and return to Bucak at the end of the concert will depart before leaving the school yard, and students must board the buses accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during the trips.
Note: Additionally, since it will be late in the evening on the return, all students must take the contact number of the bus driver they board and contact them in case of any adversity. Those who will not return to Burdur or will return with their friends, family, etc., must inform the driver and their friend on the same bus that they will not return by bus.
Note: Cap and Gown distribution will be made from the Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School Library starting from 22.06.2023. The received caps and gowns must be returned to the school within 7 days at the latest. The disassociation procedures of students who do not return the cap and gown will not be carried out, and necessary sensitivity should be shown in this regard.
