On October 26, 2023, the Republic Day on October 29 was celebrated with the participation of Bucak Zübeyde Hanım Anaokulu students, teachers, and administrators in the garden of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School. The event, which started with the arrival of Bucak Zübeyde Hanım Anaokulu children to the school accompanied by a band with their teachers, was completed by visiting the Under the Shade of Our Republic Plane Tree Forever Painting Exhibition, organized by the Child Development program, featuring paintings themed on October 29 made by the children.
