Students who successfully complete all required courses and the summer internship, and who have earned the credits required for graduation under the applicable regulations, are evaluated by the Graduation Committee and the School Administrative Board, which issues the graduation decision.
Students for whom a graduation decision has been issued apply to the Student Affairs Office with their student ID card. Students who have lost their student ID card must first report the loss through MAKÜNET > MAKÜ ÇÖZÜM > Student Affairs Department > Student ID Card; see the Frequently Asked Questions page for details.
Students applying for graduation obtain the Clearance Form (İlişik Kesme Belgesi) from the Student Affairs Office and have it signed by the relevant units.
Students who return the completed Clearance Form to the Student Affairs Office are issued a Temporary Graduation Certificate if their diploma is not yet ready.
Students who received a Temporary Graduation Certificate must return the original of this certificate when collecting their diploma.
The diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate is delivered only to the student in person or to a representative holding a notarized power of attorney.
For transactions by proxy, the student's ID card and a photocopy of the representative's identity card are required.
