Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School (HTMYO) quality policy and strategic goals; are based on the principles of the Higher Education Council Quality Board, YÖDAK, TYYÇ, EPDAD, and MEB Quality Declaration and have been prepared within the scope of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University's quality strategy.

Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School has adopted the mission of training qualified intermediate manpower needed by the public and private sectors by creating a contemporary teaching culture with freedom of thought, professional ethics, and strong social relations, and contributing to economic and social development by helping to reveal the entrepreneurship and employment potential at the local and regional level, training individuals who are professionally competent and respectful of social values.
