The TESYEV scholarship provides financial assistance to disabled students who are studying at the associate, undergraduate, or graduate level in faculties, institutes, higher education schools, conservatories, or vocational schools within state universities, who are committed to Atatürk's principles and reforms, possess national feelings, have strong character, are reliable, and successful, and meet the candidate requirements specified below, if selected.

CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDACY FOR TESYEV SCHOLARSHIP;
1. The disability status must be 40% or higher.
2. Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
3. Financial support must be needed based on family assets and income, and must not be over 30 years old or married.
4. Must not be working in any income-generating job, and must not have any income-generating assets.
5. Must not receive a scholarship from another institution other than TESYEV. (Student loans can be obtained from the Credit and Dormitories Institution)
6. Must continue in formal education.
7. An application must be made in the year of enrollment, or if applying from intermediate classes, must not be in the final year. (Except for second-year associate degree students of vocational schools)

Scholarship applications must be made to our Higher Education Institution. The application form can be obtained from the attachments below. Forms must be filled out completely and correctly and submitted to our Higher Education Institution by October 09, 2026 along with the required documents.

Personal applications made to TESYEV will be considered invalid, and other matters are specified in the attachment.
